PRESS RELEASE – Esders expands group of companies to include Esders Kanal-Sanierungs-Technik GmbH

The technology company Esders, based in Haselünne, is expanding its competences and further rounding off its service portfolio in the field of pipe and sewer rehabilitation. The family company purchases the Papenburg KASATEC Ltd. & Co. KG, which now operates as Esders Kanal-Sanierungs-Technik GmbH. The new company carries our specialised works in the sewer rehabilitation. The second business area includes the leak testing and renovation of oil separators at petrol stations, car workshops and car wash installations.

The managing director of Esders Kanal-Sanierungs-Technik GmbH is the long-standing authorized officer of Esders GmbH, Hubert Penniggers. The Esders GmbH develops and produces test and measurement technology as well as software for the gas and water supply. The sewer rehabilitation company is the second company acquisition within a year. In spring Esders had acquisitioned the German subsidiary of the Austrian group of companies RTI Rohrtechnik international and integrated it as Esders Pipeline Service GmbH into the group of companies. The service portfolio of the individual companies complements each other completely: The Esders Kanal-Sanierungs-Technik GmbH operates hand in hand with the Esders Pipeline Service GmbH in the field of the preparatory work and rework at the sewer renovation. The Esders Kanal-Sanierungs-Technik GmbH also offers individual services for market companions. In the petrochemistry as well as in the sewer area gas detectors are used for open measurements of flammable and toxic gases.
