Living family friendliness in our everyday work is particularly important to us. That is why we started our training and further education in this area more than ten years ago. After several workshops, we were certified for the first time in 2011. This was followed by a re-certification in 2013 and a renewal process in 2017. For each certification process, we had to set new impulses and think about: What else can we do? The list is now very long and makes our colleagues just a little bit happier in their daily work.
That’s why we are really proud today – on 14 July, Ms Mechtild Wessling from the Emsland Business Association presented us with the permanent Emsland seal of approval as a family-friendly company.
We are particularly pleased as we are the first company to receive this award.
