Description
The LeckOmiO / LeckOmiO EX is a combination device for versatile use in the LDAR field (leak detection and repair) of gas installations. Also available as a non-explosion-protected device. It enables the detection of the smallest gas leaks as well as fast and precise pressure measurements, with easy handling and a wide range of applications. The display of minimum and maximum values, as well as measuring times and start and end pressures during pressure tests, offer numerous handling advantages.
The following operating modes can be selected in the menu:
Pressure Test
The display shows the current pressure. If a pressure test is started by pressing the start button, the start pressure and the measuring time are shown in addition to the current pressure. At the end of the measurement, the device shows the start and end pressure as well as the measurement duration.
Load test according to TRGI
Menu-guided procedure of the pipeline test with individual adaptation of the measuring durations according to the requirements of the TRGI load test.
Leak test according to TRGI
Menu-guided procedure of the pipeline test with individual adaptation of the measuring durations according to the requirements of the TRGI leak test.
Building inspection
In addition to the visual and acoustic signals, there is also a vibration alarm. Without disturbing the people in the area, the device alerts the user to the smallest traces of gas. The sequence of vibrations increases with increasing gas concentration. There is no need to watch the display to detect a leak. Using LeckOmiO has many advantages over using leak sprays. When using leak sprays, repaired connections often swell and become "tight" again for a short time. Small bubbles can be detected with great difficulty in areas of the pipeline that are difficult to access.
Settings
In this menu item, the display of the print unit and various additional functions such as automatic switch-off or the duty cycle of the backlight can be configured.
Adjustment Sensor
In accordance with DVGW Note G 465-4, gas detection devices must be subjected to a sensitivity test at regular intervals and readjusted if necessary. The LeakOmiO can be adjusted to the setpoint at the push of a button when exposed to test gas.
